Music, sun, and light cardio exercises will lower your stress levels, increase your stamina, and get your heart pumping. We will be serving fruit smoothies poolside after your invigorating work-out. Wednesday May 21st Pilates by the Water/9AM/Main Club Fountain location Join Maggie Filbert as we enjoy a morning of Pilates on the lawn in front of the water fountain at the main club. Your mats, weights, towels and Pilates equipment will be waiting for you. Just show up with your water bottle and the desire to workout surrounded by our beautiful Tampa Palms landscape.
